Dr. James M. Phelan,D.M.D.M.A.G.D is a Master with the Academy of General Dentistry, an honor bestowed upon approximately two percent of all dentists. In addition, he is currently working toward a Mastership bestowed upon approximately two percent of all general dentists. He is a member of Continuum V of the Pankey Institute, a premier program in dental education.
Sue joined our team in 2009; she has been in the dental field for over 29 years. Her knowledge on dentistry combined with her compassion for people offers everyone the assurance that their dental needs are met with their best interest in mind. Exquisite Smiles is proud to have Sue as a leader of our team. 
Jennifer has over 10 years working with patients in the dental field. In our practice Jennifer specializes in finance and coordinating patient’s treatment. Most importantly, she takes pride in patient care. We are grateful to have Jennifer as part of our team.
Cheryl was born and raised in the Berkshires, and attended Forsyth School for dental hygiene in1978. She has been practicing for over 30 years in both San Jose California and Massachusetts, the last 13 years here at Exquisite Smiles. Cheryl resides in Massachusetts with her husband Jack and her 2 kittens. She loves the beach, gardening and spending time with her nieces and nephew. 
Janis graduated from Bristol Community College in 1982, she loves to garden, cross stitch. She resides in Massachusetts with her husband and cat.

Jennifer is the newest member of the Exquisite Smiles team and a proud graduate of Bristol Community College’s Dental Hygiene program. Jen enjoys getting to know each patient and helping them feel comfortable while providing excellent care. She is happy to answer patients’ questions and provide encouragement for a healthier smile! Outside of the office, Jen is a High School varsity Cheerleading coach and enjoys spending time with her future husband Joshua.
